Having several long term working relationships with property landlords in the Blount County area, both single and multi-tenant, we seek to work with the property landlord/owner to find viable tenants who fit the landlord/owner's particular property needs.

There are different classes of Office buildings and office spaces.
  • Class "A" generally means the building and spaces are of high quality, new or in new condition, modern design, with excellent finishes and many amenities.
  • Class "B" office buildings and lease spaces are in good condition and highly leasable. They have standard finishes and fewer amenities.
  • Class "C" office buildings and lease spaces are generally "dated" or contain some functional obsolescence's such as poor layout or not being able to be retrofitted for some conveniences and little to no amenities. These properties are generally not in the most desirable locations.
We offer our office owner/landlords a choice of flexible fee compensation that is economically beneficial and fair to the office landlord/owners. We also work with potential tenants to help them find the specific property to suit their requirements and budget, whether it be a property that we have in inventory or a property that is being marketed with another Commercial real estate office.

Our property owners who have contracted their properties for sale with us are kept informed of market conditions, trends and any activity or market condition regarding their property on a regular basis. Our buyers are likewise kept informed on a timely basis of any available properties that suit their requirements for an investment property.
